About this event

A fun, interactive and enlightening training event where you and your staff explore all that is good, bad and ugly about specific areas of your business operations.

You select the topic(s) - be it customer service, call centre operations, presentations, meeting protocols, competency assessments, staff reviews…you name it. We'll show you the good, the bad and the ugly of what you do in a fun, safe and entertaining fashion!

Prior to the day, we design a session to highlight how your team operates in your selected area(s) of operations. We will meet with you as required in the lead up to the day to ensure we get this right. Our expertise is quickly getting to grips with the key issues and identifying the key areas to highlight.

On the day, we present to you a series of scripted ‘simulations’ where we workshop the good, the bad, the ugly of your chosen topic. The session includes interaction with your staff, voluntary involvement, followed by feedback and discussion.

The Good, the Bad, the Ugly can be used as a conference or off-site ‘opener’ to introduce key topics and stimulate discussions, a well-timed interlude from typical business style presentations, a training or team engagement exercise or as a fun conclusion to a business strategy session.

Whatever way you want to incorporate it into your Conference or off-site agenda, we guarantee a fun, interactive session that your team / staff will not only enjoy but will also find enlightening, engaging and highly beneficial.

The good, the bad, the ugly is staff training with a smile!
