THE CLUEDUP TEAM

We are a team of experienced, creative and highly motivated team coaches, team building specialists, entertainers and event management professionals. Since 2000, we have delivered more than 5,000 events and workshops for organisations across all sectors.

We've had the privilege to deliver our events throughout New Zealand, in Australia, the Pacific, Mexico, Vanuatu and France and, of course, in more recent times online.

We've been inspiring and engaging teams for 25 years — and we still absolutely love it!

Nic Preddle

Nic has 25 years experience as a certified team coach, designer of team building events, leadership trainer, facilitator and actor.

He graduated from law school and practiced for five years before he decided to follow his dream to set up a business. He set up an outdoor adventure company in Fiji spending three years organising and leading international clients on multi-day kayak adventures.

On return to NZ in 2000, Nic used this experience along with his keen interest in improvised theatre to design a character-based treasure hunt as a team building activity for a local company. Nic initially thought it would be a one-off, but CluedUp was born.

Nic has a natural, grounded, enthusiastic and spontaneous style that draws people together. When Nic leads an event, workshop or masterclass, either in person or online, he ensures everyone has a great time while at the same time meeting their objectives.

In his spare time Nic enjoys playing football, staying fit, spending quality time with his kids, watching theatre and film, and drinking coffee.
