Race to Base outdoor team building activity for business teams using mobile app

Happy Hoola Days and welcome to Race to Base!

Race to Base is a fresh take on an amazing race style event. To win, you'll need teamwork, strategy, good decision making, problem solving skills and possibly a good dose of luck!

To take part in Race to Base, each team needs to bring / have:

  1. Team name:  there will be points for the best name! 
  2. Team outfit & mascot: even more points for the best!!
  3. Team captain: captains have a special role. They will use an app on their phone to guide their team and receive instructions and clues. We suggest you pick a captain who is comfortable with mobile technology!
  4. One mobile phone: each captain needs a mobile phone. Devices can be Apple with IOS 15.6 or later, or Android with 7 or later
  5. The Action Track app installed the your mobile device before the day

  6. A full or near full battery: bring a charging cable with you
  7. Comfortable footwear, dress for the weather conditions on the day, water bottle, sunblock

We'll meet you at the race start and give you a few more pointers on the day.  

Race start: 2.30pm, Saturday 22 November. Meet at 97 Fitzgerald Ave.

Race end: 5pm approx. The Rambler, 96 Lichfield Street
