About the TLC programme

TLC stands for Trust, Leadership, Communication. Trust, respect and effective communication skills are part and parcel of a happy, healthy team. In this 1-day leadership workshop, we deep dive into how to develop trust and stronger communication in your team. 

The TLC (Trust, Lead, Communicate) Leadership Course is a transformative 1-day programme designed to empower leaders at all levels. This course equips you with the essential skills and strategies needed to create a thriving team environment, built on a solid foundation of trust, respect, and psychological safety. Whether you're new to leadership or looking to refine your approach, this course will help you lead with confidence, authenticity, and clarity.

The TLC Leadership Course is an interactive workshop that focuses on developing the core competencies necessary for building trusting, respectful, and productive relationships within your team. Through proven strategies and hands-on practice, you will learn how to enhance communication, increase employee engagement, and foster a supportive team culture.

We deliver the programme exclusively in-house for you and your organisation. It is not public training so we can get right to the heart of the challenges and issues facing you and your team. 

You can book TLC for one-on-one sessions or for up to 20 leaders in your company. 

The programme includes 30-60 minute discovery call before the training.

    Audience:  For Team Leaders at any level 

    Numbers: Minimum of 1, maximum of 20

    Location: Live training either face-to-face or online

    Duration: Your choice of 3 x 2-hour sessions over three consecutive weeks or days; or one 6 hour session

    Optional extra: One-on-one leadership coaching after the training (online).
