About Leading Teams
Leading Teams is in-house training for Team Leaders.
Whether you are just starting on your leadership journey or have been leading teams for a while, you will come away from this training with greater confidence, sharper skills and practical tools that you can take away and implement immediately with your team.
In Leading Teams, we will equip you to lead a happier, healthier and more productive team.
You will learn:
- The fundamental principles of teamwork and how to apply them with your team
- The most common mistakes Team Leaders make and how to avoid them
- How to create psychological safety
- How to build and maintain trust with your team members
- The keys to effective delegation
- How to embrace difficult conversations
- The importance of working with conflict to create constructive outcomes
- The keys to leading remote and hybrid teams
- How to manage your overload and deal more effectively with stress
Leading Teams is delivered by CluedUp's certified Master Team Coach, Nic Preddle either face-to-face or online.
You can choose one of the following delivery plans to best suit you:
- 2 x 6-hour days (face-to-face only)
- 4 x 3-hour half days (face-to-face or online)
- 6 x 2-hour sessions (online only)
You can book Leading Teams for one-to-one coaching for one Team Leader, or for up to 20 team leaders in your organisation at the same time.
The programme includes:
- A 30-minute discovery call with your course co-ordinator
- 12 hours of team leader training presented in 6 models
- PDF Workbook for each participant

Location: Live training either face-to-face or online
Duration: Your choice of two full days, four half days or 6 x 2-hour sessions over consecutive weeks or days (online only).

Excludes: venue hire and catering for live training, travel outside Auckland or Wellington.
