A few things you need to know:
1. It's going to be fun, heaps of fun.
2. Teams need a team name. Bonus points will be given for the best team name.
3. You will join the event via Zoom (see details below). You do not need to be in the same location or use the same connection as the rest of your team. You can join from different locations.
4. If you share the same computer / connection as other people, they must in the same team as you.
5. We use breakout rooms in Zoom for the event. This means you need to connect to Zoom using a desktop application on a PC or laptop. You can't join the event via a phone or tablet unfortunately.
6. Each team needs one mobile device (a smart phone or tablet - a tablet is best) with the Action Track app installed.
7. Pick one person from your team to install the app on their phone or tablet.
8. Please install the app before the event. It's super easy and free! Please follow these steps:
Download Action Track app.
Search for "ActionTrack" in the App Store (if using an Apple device) or the Play Store (for Android). Look for the icon below.
When prompted, allow it to access your location.
Zoom link to join the event
To connect via Zoom you need:
- Internet connection
- Zoom software on PC or laptop (not a phone or tablet)
