Thanks for joining us for Friday's event.
Here's what you need to know:
The minimum team size is 2. The maximum team size is 5.
2. Please email us to: email@example.com by 10am on Friday with:
- your team name
- names of the members of your team
3. The Zoom link is:

4. We use breakout rooms in Zoom for the event. This means everyone needs to connect to the event via Zoom using a desktop application on a PC or laptop. You can't join the event via a phone or tablet unfortunately.
5. We will open the Waiting Room in Zoom at 11.45am. Please join the meeting between 11.45am and 12pm. We will start at 12pm sharp.
6. Each team needs one mobile device (a smart phone or tablet - tablet is best) with the Action Track app installed.
7. Please ensure at least one person from your team has installed the app before the event. It's super easy and free! Please follow the steps below.
8. Search for "ActionTrack" in the App Store (if using an Apple device) or the Play Store (for Android). Look for the icon below.
9. When prompted, allow it to access your location.
