Horses For Courses (Virtual Event)

About this event

Horses for Courses is a unique, original and very memorable online event.

Experience all the colour, atmosphere and flavour of an international race meet brought to you live via Zoom in the convenience of your own living room or staff meeting room.

Prior to the event, we create a customised race card of 8 races, just for you. Each race and each horse is named after your staff, customers, products and/or suppliers. This is a fun and unique way to personalise the event.

On the day, join your colourful hosts, the CluedUp Bookmakers, as they welcome you to the races, explain the format and take your bets. The Bookmakers then call each race 'live' as it screens via Zoom, adding to the intimacy, fun and character of the event. The races are pre-recorded classics from international race meets with a guaranteed heart-stopping moments and photo finishes!

The betting is simple: participants place bets via mobile app on a smart phone or tablet. The system is super easy to learn and follow. No prior knowledge of horse racing or betting is required.

Other features include humurous interviews with bookmakers and trainers (played by the CluedUp team) offering 'tips' on possible winners and race results.

People can join the event on their own from home or in small groups gathered at a venue or meeting room (subject to relevant restrictions in place).

The event can be done as a competition played in teams or as individuals. Prizes can be added as an extra incentive.
