Safety First is a fun, team-based, interactive event where we help you to communicate your health and safety messages to your staff. Teams complete a series of challenges based on your key health and safety objectives. We tailor each event to your particular requirements. It’s serious learning that is both fun and interactive.

U-Turn

‘U-Turn’ is a fun, interactive, challenge of strategy played by teams. The event allows teams to engage with the idea that change is constant and unavoidable. It is unpredictable and involves plenty of risk, challenge and reward. Teams must use the limited resources available to navigate the U-Turn and acheive their strategic goal, but they never know what is around the corner!

Building Blocks

What are the 'building blocks' of success for your team/organisation? How well do you and your staff know and understand them? In this hands-on, interactive event your team will get to grips with your building blocks for success. We can work with your existing business drivers or help you identify them as part of the event. Your team will design and make blocks that graphically illustrate your key business drivers and assemble them together to demonstrate how they inter-relate. The result is yours to keep as a momento.
